Diagnosis Bathymetrinae with Ccntrodorsal conical with 30 or more cirrus sockets. Peripheral cirri with 21-36 cirrals; longest cirrals at least 2.5 times longer than their constricted median widths; even the shorter distal cirrals still slightly longer than broad. Brachials with spinose distal margins. Proximal pinnules with short basal pinnulars but very attenuated distal ones. First pinnule with as many as 23 segments. [details]
