description: Himerometra with enlarged proximal pinnules of 30-32 segments chiefly broader than long; very stout basally, gradually tapering to a delicate flagellate tip; distal edges of at least middle segments strongly produced, everted and smooth; all segments of proximal pinnules and proximal segments of following pinnules never carinate. Cirri stouter than in other Himerometra species, 25-30 mm long, of 25-30 cirrals; distalmost 10-12 cirrals with a low dorsal tubercle. Arms 41-51, 140 mm long. [details]
