Checked: verified by a taxonomic editorEditor's comment Known only from a figure of dead tubes and seems indeterminable to species on that basis, but perhaps was a Hydroides. The synonymy originally given by da Costa is somewhat confused. McIntosh's (1923) opinion was that the taxon belongs to Pomatoceros triqueter, but the Costa figure 9 of a tube aggregation is most reminiscent of a Hydroides and Hartman (1959) placed it as H. norvegica. [details]

Checked: verified by a taxonomic editorStatus not reliably determinable, but perhaps a figure representing Hydroides tubes [details]
