From editor or global species database
Spelling As noted under P. berkeleyi, Pettibone (1966:161) 'corrected' the epithet spelling to 'berkeleyae' as the species was named after Edith Berkeley. This was an incorrect subsequent spelling (ICZN 4th Ed, Art.33), as incorrect latinisations are not to be corrected (Art.32.5.1). However 'berkeleyae' appears to have been adopted by all authors since, and could be considered prevailing usage (Art.33.3.1). [details]
