Diagnosis Diagnosis by Blake (1996: 188): "Prostomium deeply incised along anterior margin, forming 2 prominent lobes, caruncle extending to setiger 5, eyes absent [...]. Branchiae from setiger 8, short at first, full size by setiger 12, not extending to dorsal midline. Major spines of setiger 5 with large accessory tooth on concave side and small spur on convex side [...]. Three to 4 curved spines in posterior notopodia [...]. Pygidium with 4 nearly equal lobes [...].[details]
