Diagnosis: Comanthus with 10-38 arms; anterior arms may be markedly longer; cirri XIII—XL, 12-18 segments; centrodorsal discoidal; radials hidden or with interradial corners visible; IIBr and following brachitaxes usually 4(3+ 4), sometimes of 2 ossicles; P[details]
Distribution: Garden Island (near Perth), West Australia to Mooloolaba, Queensland; Depth range : 1-103 m [details]
Distribution: Suruga Bay to Okinawa, Japan; Depth range : 6.3-80 (?380) m [details]
