Description: Multilobed, erect club-shaped sponge, up to 30 cm high and 20 cm wide, often narrower around the base than at central or higher portions of the body. Surface fleshy with low, sharp, soft conules. Internal texture resembles mango flesh. Oscules apical with a delicate membrane. Colour brilliant golden orange.
