Checked: verified by a taxonomic editorSpelling The spelling of this genus name is uncertain, as Topsent (1892: xx) uses both Rhaphisia and Raphisia (the latter in the combination Raphisia laxa). Since Rhaphisia was used first and repeatedly used subsequently by Topsent in later papers, it is assumed that Rhaphisia was the intended spelling. [details]
