Laonice sinica Sikorski et Wu, sp. n. is described on the basis of the material from the Yellow Sea deposited in Zoological Institute of St. Petersburg. The species is characterized by the short dorsal sensitive organ, the length of which varies slightly, by the closer position of genital pouches to the head end and the specific shape of transdorsal membranes. A detailed description of the species is given with differential diagnosis.
