Type locality Marine grotto near Hansneset, Blomstrandhalvøya, Kongsfjorden, Spitsbergen, Svalbard, Greenland Sea (78°59.08'N, 11°57.43'E; 78.9846°, 11.9572°), on grotto wall, from among Bryozoa colonies, 4m depth. [details]
Depth range 3.5-4 m.
Distribution Greenland Sea: Blomstrandhalvøya, Kongsfjorden (Spitsbergen, Svalbard). Known only from the type locality.
Etymology Species dedicated to Dr. Jürgen Laudien of the Alfred-Wegener-Institut Bremerhaven, who collected some of the specimens...
