Diagnosis Original diagnosis by Claparède (1870: 487): "Corpus longitudine circa 2cent, depressum. Lobus cephalicus in processum frontalem productus, margine antico emarginato, angulis non productis. Oculi nulli. Cirri tentaculares mediocres. Mutatio setarum ventralium in segmento septimo. Setae dorsuales in segmentis anterioribus 20 similes, in caeteris dissimiles.[details]
