Diagnosis Test elongate, pyramidal, triangular in section, angles carinate, chambers increasing rapidly in breadth but slowly in height as added, uniserial throughout, overlapping previous chambers for about half their height, terminal face domelike, sutures slightly arched at the center of the flattened faces, curving back on the angles; wall calcareous, perforate, surface smooth; aperture cribrate, consisting of numerous small pores at the center of the terminal face and produced on a slight neck.
