Diagnosis Test a small low cone, spherical proloculus followed by undivided trochospirally enrolled second chamber that has the form of a half tube, spiral side slightly convex, evolute, umbilical side slightly concave and covered by papillose lamellae that obscure all but the final whorl, one lamella formed for each whorl of the tubular chamber, surface papillae built of small aragonite needles, periphery with sharp flangelike keel; wall aragonitic; aperture broad and low, at the open end of the tubular chamber on the umbilical side, pores present on the spiral side along the spiral suture.
