Diagnosis Test elongate, tapering, chambers inflated, biserial, sutures depressed, slightly oblique; wall calcareous, finely perforate, although pores may become enlarged by dissolution, surface commonly granulate, pustulate, or finely cancellate, pustules of earlier chambers may fuse into longitudinal ridges; aperture a slightly eccentric high arch at the base of the last chamber, rarely with a lower and more symmetrical aperture that may divide into two openings, collarlike apertural border has one margin turned inward as an internal plate that connects with the proximal margin of the collar of the previous aperture. ?Paleocene, U.
