Diagnosis Test discoidal, proloculus followed by streptospirally enrolled tubular second chamber, later planispiral and evolute, with up to twelve chambers in the final whorl; wall calcareous, imperforate, porcelaneous; aperture a high arch at the open end of the final chamber.
