Diagnosis Test trochospiral, spiral side incompletely evolute, flattened, with limbate sutures strongly curved back at the periphery, umbilical side incompletely involute and convex, eight to ten gradually enlarging chambers in the final whorl, sutures radial and slightly depressed, periphery subangular, carinate; wall calcareous, optically radial, coarsely perforate on the spiral side, more finely perforate on the umbilical side, sutures and peripheral keel imperforate; aperture interiomarginal, an equatorial arch bordered by a projecting lip, continuing onto the spiral side along the base of the chamber.
