Diagnosis Radial elements are compact septa sensu stricto. They are smooth, straight or slightly curved and longer septa are often anastomosed in the axial zone. No lonsdaleoid septa. Their microstructure is not very well known but considered as made of very small non branching trabeculae if trabecular at all. Radial elements are arranged in radial and hexameral symmetry.
The wall is septothecal made of abortive septa. Intracalicular marginal increase (according to Eliasova, 1974), parricidal lateral with the septa of mother individual continued into the daughter one (according to Melnikova and Roniewicz, 1976). Tabuloid dissepiments. No synapticula.  [details]
