From editor or global species database
Type species Borda & Kudenov (2014:299 and 300) state that Euphrosine antarctica Hartmann-Schröder & Rosenfeldt 1992 "has priority as ... type species [of Euphrosinopsis]. This is incorrect. Type species never change, and here the type species of Euphrosinopsis remains as Euprosinopsis antipoda Kudenov, 1993, although it is now a junior subjective synonym of E. antarctica (fide Borda & Kudenov 2014).
