Description Encrusting, up to 3 cm thick with turrets 3-4 cm high. Surface with long shallow pits; oscules apical and droplet-shaped with deep descending furrows. Body compressible, slightly elastic. Interior yellow-orange, surface overlayed with green except around oscules where surrounding membrane is bright orange. Habitat: upper eulittoral under overhangs and boulders (Richmond, 1997). [details]
