Taxonomy Since the original description does not mention the presence of microxea, Santodomingo & Becking (2018) suggest to synonymise it with Cinachyrella porosa. We wait for a proper redescription of the type as well as additional genetic data on the C. porosa complex to confirm this synonymy. [details]
