Taxonomy This is not a valid family name according to the rules of the ICZN (a family name should be formed from a genus encompassed in the family). The authors should have proposed a family name formed from the only assigned genus Lamellomorpa. However, we consider this genus to belong to Pachastrellidae, based on its microsclere complement.  [details]
