Type locality Galle Face, Colombo, western Sri Lanka, 6.92, 79.8462. De Silva gives 4 names, beginning with Galle Face, which is the location of a well known hotel of that name on the shore in Colombo. Another name Ratmalana mentioned is nearby on the shore. However, Böggemann (2002) reports the holotype label is "Mount Lavinia" which is a point location on the shore and also the name of the Colombo suburb. We use here for the type locality the geolocation (6.92, 79.8462) of the place named by the original description, not the label name, which always has inferior credibility in such ambiguity cases, and was not mentioned by De Silva.
