Etymology The name microphylloides is composed by the Greek suffix -oides, meaning 'resembling' or 'of similar form to', added to the specific epithet of Eulalia microphylla Schmarda, 1861, stated to be the closest form of the Eulalia species, to express the similarity between the two species. Habitat On rocks with running water and coralligène, low eulittoral. [details]
