Etymology authors: "The name of the species refers to the type location, the Republic of Congo" [details]Spelling Corrected to Terebellides congolanus. Terebellides is a masculine genus, therefore a geographic adjectival name formed using the suffix -anus -ana, anum, must have the masculine -anus ending, thus Terebellides congolanus for mandatory adjectival agreement. However, Parapar et al used 'congolana'.
