Habitat Mud, muddy sediments with algae or stones, on shells and rocks, sand, sand with algae, and gravel. [details]
Type locality Antarctic Ocean, South Georgia, Moraine Fjord (geocoordinates not provided, estimated with gazetteer to be approximately lat. -54.326º, long. -36.476º), 148 m depth. Moraine Fjord is a small basin 5 km long and 200 m deep, with an entrance blocked by a reef, with a sill 2-7 m deep separating it from Cumberland East Bay. [details]
