Diagnosis Test conical to flattened, membranous, colorless, 1.5 mm to 6.0 mm in length; openings at the angles of the test; cytoplasm brown to orange, with strong protoplasmic streaming; one to ten nuclei, pseudopodia few, protruding in bundles from the apertures.
