Homonymy Fauchald (2008) created a WoRMS database record for the unpublished name recombination 'Pherecardia parva (Horst, 1912)' [was Pherecardites parva], as it is suspected Pherecardites is a junior synonym of Pherecardia. If the unpublished (but suspected correct) recombination is made valid then Pherecardia parva (Horst, 1912) would become a senior secondary homonym to Pherecardia parva Monro, 1924, and that junior name would need to be replaced [G Read, November 2017, September 2019] [details]
