Habitat Muddy and fine sand at shallow water. [details]
Reproduction Sexually mature male and female specimens with sexual products from setiger 12. Males with coalescent reddish-brown, lensed eyes and natatory setae. Specimens with sexual products were observed almost year round, in December in Lanzarote, in January, March, June, September, and November in Tenerife, and in March in La Palma. In Tenerife was observed an increase in the number of juveniles in September and November. [details]
