Editor's comment Van Soest et al. on line (http://species-identification.org/species.php?species_group=sponges&menuentry=soorten&id=363&tab=synoniemen) confused Hymeraphia microcionides Carter, 1876 and Plumohalichondria microcionides Carter, 1876. These are two different species, the first is now Plocamionida microcionides, the second is a junior synonym of Phorbas perarmatus. [details]
