Authority Burton (1963: 576) pointed out that this name was already proposed by Dendy & Row (1913: 731) as authored by 'Row MS ?1913' without a description. The definitive description appeared in Row & Hozawa's 1931 paper. The Dendy & Row name is a nomen nudum and unavailable, but subsequent use of the combination by Row & Hozawa fixed the name with their authorship and date.  [details]
