New combination Suggested new combination by Jiménez-Cueto and Salazar-Vallejo (1998) on basis of pygidial morphology, but the species is not known to have a ventral shield and thus cannot be a Clymenura. Arwidsson's Microclymene species should not be confused with Bellan & Reys Leiochone tricirrata (which may also have been casually referred into Clymenura). [details]
