Classification Judging from Kluge's description, this is likely to be Exidmonea in Tubuliporidae. There is a problem with the classification - the species is originally placed in Idmoneidae, founded on Idmonea, a Jurassic encruster quite unlike the putative Idmonea species from the Recent. [details]
