AB  - Four species of the genus <i>Streptosyllis</i> from the Canary Islands are reported and described: <i>S. bidentata</i>, <i>S. websteri</i>, <i>S. templadoi</i> and <i>S. campoyi</i> n. sp. The new species is characterized by compound setae with falcate teeth and a unique distribution of the enlarged aciculae. The species <i>S. templadoi</i> is a new record to the Atlantic, and <i>S. bidentata</i> and <i>S. websteri</i> are newly recorded from the Canary Islands. Original drawings of these species are provided, as well as data on their autoecology. A key to the species of <i>Streptosyllis</i> from the Canary Islands is provided.
