Description Description: Test cylindical, bilocular, with a proloculus followed by a chamber with relatively marked pseudosepta, irregularly arranged. Wall bilayered with an outer hyaline fibrous layer and an inner, microgranular wall. Aperture terminal simple.
Occurrence: Early early Permian of Canadian Arctic (Mamet & Pinard, 1992; Pinard & Mamet, 1998). Gzhelian–Asselian of the Barents Sea, Norway, and Sakmarian of the USA (Groves, 2000). Discovered in the Carnic Alps.
