[transl: The second part of the treatment of the New Zealand polychaetes by Dr. Mortensen contains the investigation of the sedentary forms. For the number of species found, their distribution, etc., I refer to the introductory section in my work on the forms found. The sites from the Mortensen collection are listed in the following order: first the sites in the extreme north of all of New Zealand are listed, then the sites on the west coast follow from north to south, then the sites in the extreme south, and finally the sites on the east coast from the south North. Two supplements are attached to the present work, the first of which contains the discussion of some New Zealand polychaete types of Schmarda. The 2nd supplement contains additions to the polychaete fauna of the subantarctic islands]
