Two new and two known species of the family Enchelidiidae from mud sediments from the river Indus, Pakistan are described along with measurements, illustrations and discussion about their relationships. Bathyeurystomina minima sp. n., can be separated from other species of the genus by having smaller body and smaller tail length (L= 3.0-3.4 mm; taillength= 316-380 /-1m), lower values of a, b, c and c' ratios (a= 75-85; b= 3.5-4.1; c= 8.1-9.5; c'= 10.5-14.0). Belbolla /ongispiculata sp. n. differs from other species of the genus Belbolla Andrassy, 1973 in having longer spicules (216 /-1m), by the number of oesophageal bulb (seven), precloacal supplements (five), weakly developed; and the structure of gubernaculum apophysis. The species Pareurystomina vaughtae Keppner, 1989 and Eurystomina indica Yoshimura, 1980 are reported for the first time in Pakistan.
