Nomenclature The transfer of this species to Gelliodes must be considered provisional, as the characters of the skeleton described by Lundbeck differ from those of the type species.
Since Gelliodes is feminine the combination should be mandatorily changed to Gelliodes lurida to match the gender of the genus name. However, in view of the provisonal nature of the genus transfer, it is premature to change the name combination. [details]
