Diagnosis Author: "Elytra papillae with up to 18 - 20 pinnulae and single upright basal papilla; upper postchaetal bract of neuropodia digitiform, slender; bidentate compound falcigers of supra- and subacicular bundle similar, slender, with multi-articulated blades, i.e. about 10 articles in supra- and 20 in subacicular falcigers; stout falcigers with simple blades absent [details]
