Diagnosis Original diagnosis by Claparède (1870: 493-494): "Corpus pallide roseum, longitudine circa 60mm, latitudine circa 8mm, inter thoracem et abdomen constrictum, toris uncinigeris latissimis, scutis ventralibus 13-15. Lobus cephalicus utrinque pone tentacula in lobulum verticalem subrotundatum productus. Tentacula candida, numerosissima, maxime extensilia. Pharetrae in 24 segmentis. Branchiae ruberrimae tres aequales, a stipite crassiore fasciculatim ramosae. Tubus crassus ex argilla vel limo tenui confectus.[details]
