Editor's comment Scanning the description in Mörch (1863: 419) I have the feeling that there is a similarity with the tube (and operculum) of a Spirobranchus taxon, probably cf. polytrema or even corrugatus. The Latin description should be translated and compared with the existing descriptions, the more so since Mörch comments that he suspects that the taxon merits specific rank.
