There are about 140 species of Echiura in the world. Four species belonging to 4 genera, 2 families and 2 orders were found and indentified[sic] from the Huanghai Sea and the Bohai Sea. Of these, one species, viz. Ikedosoma qingdaoense, is new to science. The list of these species is as follow; 1. Urechis unicinctus (von Drasche, 1881); 2. Arhynchite rugosum Chen et Yeh, 1958; 3 Listriolobus brevirostris Chen et Yeh, 1958; Ikedosoma qingdaoense sp. nov. Li, Wang et Zhou. The classification, distribution and ecology of the species are described.
