From Hartman (1948: 57): "The single specimen is poorly preserved. The anterior end and proboscis are missing. Setae are those of an epitokous, or pelagic individual. Dorsal cirri are lost and the orientation of parapodial parts cannot be discerned. In view of these uncertainties, it seems desirable to regard both genus and species as indeterminable."
