Not stated. Anaitis is a Greek/Roman female name, and Southern has added 'para' (Greek for beside, near), a common practice for indicating a related genus in the same family, not so much used for constructing a replacement name, for the obvious reason that the taxa are usually unrelated (here the valid Anaitis is a moth). Noting that Anaitides Czerniavsky, 1882 is an earlier Anaitis-related Phyllodocidae name.
