One hundred and seven species of Ostracoda are described or listed from upper Miocene and Pliocene shallow marine deposits of Trinidad. Of these, 27 species are new and one has been renamed. Two new genera, Gangamocytheridea and Pumilocytheridea, are described, both belonging to the new subfamily Perissocytherideinae.
