Diagnosis Chambers nearly planispirally enrolled, two per whorl, plane of coiling in early stage changing slightly to show a sigmoid curve in cross section, later with coiling in a single plane; wall finely agglutinated, insoluble in acid; aperture rounded, at the end of a short neck, without a tooth.
