Diagnosis Test ovate in outline, flattened, with narrow elongate chambers one-half coil in length, at first added in a sigmoiline series that is elevated above the general level, later planispiral and evolute; wall calcareous, imperforate, thin, fragile and hyaline, surface of later chambers crenulated, with seven or eight gentle transverse undulations; aperture with two openings in a terminal trematophore.
