Diagnosis Proloculus followed by undivided enrolled tubular second chamber, early coils in various planes about a longitudinal axis as in the miliolines, resulting in a fusiform inflated central area, later with regularly planispiral coiling; wall agglutinated, of fine quartz silt particles in insoluble cement; aperture a simple opening at the end of the tube.
