Homonymy Two differerent species described under the same name. See Patterson (1990) under Palliolatella immemora: Palliolatella neglecta (Buchner, 1940), is a primary homonym of Lagena neglecta Buchner, 1940, (p. 463, PI. 11, figs. 173-178) and was reported as such by Thalmann (1947) although he proposed no new name. A new name is designated for this species using the principle of first revisor (ICZN Art. 24 [a]). [details]
