Diagnosis Test elongate, ovate, circular in section, uniserial throughout, chambers strongly embracing and distal wall of earlier chambers resorbed as in Glandulina, sutures horizontal, flush, may be somewhat obscure; wall calcareous, optically radial, surface finely hispid; aperture terminal, rounded at the end of a short neck, bordered by a phialine lip and provided internally with a long entosolenian tube.
