Original Description: “Test subcircular in front view, thick, the periphery squarely
truncate; chambers rather few; sides flat, except near the periphery, when there is a
slight thickening; ends of the final chamber slightly extended, apertural end with a
short neck and rounded aperture with a very slight collar-like lip; surface smooth but
